Primary & Secondary Site Development of AL-Reggah District Jubail– Royal Commission Jubail
Prepared detailed OSP telecom infrastructure design to support GPON FTTX services, IPTV services, Metropolitan area network design, and Intelligent transportation system design for road communication. The works include the detailed design of primary & secondary duct banks, feeder and access cable design, duct and cable Fold-out details, FDTs design, and fiber graphical access design for residential and commercial buildings.
Jubail University College Data Center – Royal Commission Jubail
Tier 3-rated data center for Jubail University College in order to ensure that a single unified network serves the campus with the most up-to-date equipment. The scope of work includes the active and passive components design in coordination with different vendors (Juniper, Cisco, Dell, Aruba, and Honeywell) and preparing the detailed integration drawings for the unification and integration of Telecom and data services for the entire JUC campus. In addition to preparing detailed design drawings and RFP documents for the installation of structured cabling, conduits, pathways, under-floor ducts, floor boxes, raised floor, ceiling pathways, and cable trays. The works also include the design of the service provider/entrance room, Telecom room, horizontal and backbone cabling design, grounding system, and end-user outlets for various telecom systems
Subdivision and Development Of Industrial Zone Phase 1 & 2 Ras Al-Khair Industrial City – Royal Commission Jubail
Prepared the detailed Telecom Primary and Secondary Duct Network, primary feeder, and secondary cable network for FTTH voice and data services through the RIC exchange building. The design works also include the design of protected FDTs, Manholes, FATs, and Fiber Optic Cable connectivity for Control & and instrumentation services.
Upgradation of Jalmudah IPTV Building – Royal Commission Jubail
Prepare detailed design drawings for the expansion of Jalmudah IPTV building by upgradation of OLT hardware platform from Nokia 7342 ISAM FTTU to 7360 model and AMS system. The work also includes the design of 1:2 optical splitters in the exchange building for the fiber feeder cables to maximize the split ratio for nearby subscribers.
Yanbu Industrial Smart City – Royal Commission Yanbu
Yanbu Industrial Smart City – Royal Commission YanbuPrepared detailed engineering design drawings of GPON FTTx network for community areas having 105,000 residents, 14 primary industries, 21 secondary industries, and 75 light/support industries covering a total area of 606 km². The design prepared for the community area was for voice, data, and IPTV services using GPON technology, the Metropolitan area network for RCY services, and an intelligent transportation system for road communication.
Jizan City for Nurses Housing at JCPDI – Royal

Jizan Economic Smart City – Royal Commission Jizan
Jizan Economic City comprises of residential area, and a community area including schools, community centers, commercial areas, hospitals, and roads. The detailed telecom infrastructure design drawings have been prepared to support local Telcom services for voice and data including conduits, Manholes/handholes, long-distance fiber optic cables, Optical Distribution Network equipment, Metropolitan Area Network (MAN) for Intelligent transportation system, and CCTV surveillance for residential and commercial areas.
Jizan City for Nurses Housing at JCPDI – Royal
Campus area Network & FTTH spreading over 75km including OSP work (duct & cable) for voice and data having full redundancy with Datacenter and Backup Datacenter. The works also include the design of FTTH (Voice/data), WIFI, IPTV, and Security Systems (Access Control and CCTV) design for Residential and commercial areas
